Water Colour Effect

Water color painting use photoshop is easy. Open the image file you want to be a watercolor painting. Here, the image of fish in the aquarium such as the following.

Press CTRL + A in the layer to duplicate the image ... Then click the image> adjustment> desaturate or press CTRL + SHIFT + U to make an image into black and white.

Now press CTRL + A again on the layer image that has been desaturate. Click Image> adjustment> Invert or press CTRL + I

Change the layer effect into Color Dodge in layer that has been the earlier Invert.

Then click Filter> blur> Gaussian blur on the layer that has been given a Color dodge.

Now wiriness results such as the pencil drawing ... Its color in a manner Press CTRL + E on the top layer (combine 2 layer. Top Layer with the layer underneath). Replace a Layer Effect Luminosity.

Click Filter> Artistic> Fresco and settings such as the image below:

The result

So that more fine again, give a little transparency on the effect fresco by click Edit> Fade Fresco or press CTRL + SHIFT + F.
